The location was exceptional! We could hear the ocean waves and would see deer right outside our windows in the mornings and evenings. The house is located very close to the Bluff Trail and is about a 20 minute walk to Gualala Regional Park and beach.

The interior of the house could use some updating, especially the bathroom toilets. Some of the windows were cloudy, obscuring the amazing views.
