No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Game tables are available seasonally from May 1st through October 31st and closed from November 1st through April 30th.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What a wonderful discovery. We were attending a wedding one town over and stumbled upon Eagle’s Landing while perusing online listings. The setup is great for families, there is plenty of room to spread out. While we were not able to use the backyard due to our short stay, the backyard amenities cover a wide gamut. Nice grill, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen prep space, pool table and hot tub. The kids loved it; wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely come back when we have a chance.And of course, the biggest draws were the ocean views and the calming sounds of the waves.One small suggestion. The bathrooms can use some brighter lights. Since we were attending a wedding, the ladies had a lot of make-up to do, and the lighting was a little muted in the bathrooms. Not a showstopper, more of a nice to have. Looking forward to the next visit.-JS

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could hope for and more. Amazing view! Had a slight issue with a broken sink but property managers were very responsive. Will say, I was under the impression that we could just walk to the beach as it appeared so close but you do have to drive to one of the parks and walk (which isn’t far just an inconvenience when you think you have a beach beach front property). Would stay again!

We loved the privacy, not a lot of people on the beaches. We went to Cook's beach, Gualala river and a cove near bye. Our teenage grandkids enjoyed the evening in the outdoor patio area playing shuffle board and we all relaxed in the jacuzzi. We saw deer from the deck and some whale in the evening in the ocean exhaling air from their blowholes, through the binoculars. We had a lot of great family time. Thank you for sharing your home. The only thing negative was there were only a few garbage bags and plastic bags, one roll of paper towels so we had to purchase these items. More shower towels would have been nice, we were there for 5 days.

Great home for multiple families as there is a separate space for sleeping. The listing calls it a studio and it's perfect. It has its own kitchen with all the basic stuff you need plus more. We mainly used the main house kitchen for all our cooking and dining but it was nice to have the separation when kids had to nap or need quiet time from each other.
The back patio amenities are all great! Hot tub, pool table, shuffle board, gas fire pit, lounge chairs and tables plus outdoor dining set. Very well thought of amenities.
Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Overall, an amazing home in a great location. We will be back!
