The place is awesome for a large family. we had 10 adults, and everyone was super comfortable. The view and the location were superb. 4 master suites 2 with jacuzzi tubs plus a hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony where you can watch the sunset every night. The game room was also really nice. The only thing I would say is that if you're not good with stairs, this place isn't for you since it is 3 stories.
It's not a dislike, only a suggestion. Putting a mini fridge in the game room to keep drinks cold in there having to go up at least 2 flights of stairs to get a cold drink gets tiring 😫

It was amazing. We went with our family for spring break. Great house and location for an awesome price. We will definitely be renting this house in the future.

Location was good. Good views
Most remote batteries where dead. Internet was kinda slow. Mold behind ice maker level on fridge. Toilet paper was very low quality.
