About this house rental
Beautiful 2400sq ft home. This charming beach house is located in NW Lincoln City, Oregon and accommodates up to 10 guests. It sits 2nd row back from the ocean on NW Harbor Ave, so you can enjoy the ocean views as well as close access to the beach. What’s more, there’s a hot tub for those rainy days overlooking the ocean, and an arcade downstairs where the kids (or the kids inside) can play for hours!

We loved how we had a lot of space, But overall we really loved how it looked inside and outside,

Family from Nebraska has never seen the Oregon coast. It was perfect! Easy beach access for the tide pools!

During the course of our stay we encountered a multitude of issues.
⁃ The main floor tv did was not logged into the spectrum app so we could not watch regular tv or football. We messaged the host asking for assistance with no reply.
⁃ The fireplace would not work.
⁃ The lamp in the living room would not work.
⁃ The second floor guest bath faucet is broken and dumps water out the bath spout while you’re showering resulting in horrible water pressure. If you’re taking a bath, water squirts out the top of the bath spout.
⁃ The hot tub cover is broken/water logged and extremely difficult to move.
⁃ The hot tub water was green/off-color by day three. There are no products to shock it.
⁃ There are not enough towels for all the guests.
⁃ The bed pillows AND couch throw pillows are all extremely flat. They need replaced.
⁃ The third floor bathroom shower wall had several black hairs stuck to the wall.
⁃ The dining room window screen is broken.
⁃ There is no bleach to properly wash the towels, wash cloths, sheets etc.
⁃ The carpet is dirty and has lots of bleach spots on it.
⁃ The furniture is falling apart, cushions sink in and coming off the couch
