It is a nice house overall
The only downside was that the AC did not work. We reported it to the owner that the AC was blowing hot air. He replied and said that someone will be over to check the AC but no one showed up. What was upseting was that we passed over many houses because they did not have AC. AC was very important amenity for us.

We arrive at the house two hours before the check in time at 4:00 pm. The manager, Ana, is very nice and let us check in just when we arrive. The house is perfect and clean. They have all the kitchen stuff which we need for meals. The location is very close to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the white sand beach. Our kids love the house and we enjoyed the holiday there. We will return back next time.
