Wonderful location. We enjoyed walking to the tide pools, farmers market, beach, and taco stand. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed, including anything we needed in the kitchen to cook. We had to get back int the apartment after checkout because my son left something and the host was very helpful. Super comfortable beds.
The couch was really uncomfortable for relaxing. I’m not a picky person and that’s not something that I would normally mention, but it was really hard to just sit back and relax because the couch didn’t have a back. My whole family of five complained about the couch a lot. It would also be nice to have a few extra pieces of furniture to set your suitcase on in the bedroom or set your keys on when you come into the entryway.

Allowed us the freedom to all relax, not worry about having to go out for breakfast and lunch
On days we were there
Needed a couple of small items to make it like home for five days but overall the location, off street parking and convenience beat five days in a hotel room.
