Place is so close to the airport and they provided shuttle. Very convenient and close to many eating place and to the city. Quiet area. The room was nice and accomodated 5 of us, spacious. Will definitely stay here again in the future visit

I booked two rooms for six nights, including breakfast, via Agoda. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff insisted that the booking had not been paid for, despite my presentation of both the printed confirmation and the Agoda APP. We were told that payment had to be made on the spot. After confirming with the staff that there would be no duplicate charges, we proceeded to pay separately using our own credit cards.
Unfortunately, after returning home, both of us discovered that our credit card statements reflected two charges—one from Agoda and another from Hyatt. We immediately contacted Agoda customer service multiple times back and forth to help clarify the situation. Eventually, Hyatt refunded only a portion of the charges. For the remaining amount, Hyatt claimed that we were required to pay separately for breakfast, which was clearly included in the original booking. This explanation is highly unreasonable and unacceptable.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I appreciate kind assistance from Agoda customer service in resolving this matter, including ensuring a full refund of the duplicate charges. I won't recommend this hotel due to this ridiculous case.
