Hotel is clean, rooms comfortable and clean. Staff prompt and helpful. Good room shades blocking out light and much of the noise from the road below --Mission st, a busy thoroughfare. Location great, quiet but accessible to beach, campus, downtown. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room is really pleasant, The 24-hour coffee - tea feature is wonderful, thank you.
I stayed two nights --Friday and saturday, leaving sunday. I was using the room till about 12 noon on Saturday, but asked the room to be made up after that, but it was not, I do not know why. I should have had a clean room to return to .

Great location for us on the west side of town makes it convenient to access many things. Easy parking onsite. Beds are decent and comfortable.
The deodorizer you use in the hotel and rooms is too overpowering. Breakfast bar could have better quality coffee!

Breakfast was a little blah. Same old items in every Hampton. The bananas were perfect though.
We had a room on the street and it was loud but thats not your fault.

Location and very very clean
At breakfast the oatmeal had dried up no water in it,no napkins,no cups
