The location was well situated in the downtown Portland and had a lot of neat places nearby. Staff was friendly and got me sorted easy.
The place could use some cleaning, especially the carpets.

A friend of mine booked me a room and when I showed up at front desk I was denied my room.. I was informed by front desk Ithey didn't take oregon I'd. The room was paid for....
Customer front desk service. Didnt inform me of id when room was booked. I had to go to another hotel out of my way
