We stayed at Hyatt House one night. It was clean, pleasant, friendly staff. The free breakfast was outstanding. Our only problem and the reason for four stars instead of five was the parking situation. To park in their garage was an additional $35. To park our car in the parking garage across the street was $1/hour. To park our car free on the street if we were lucky enough to find an open spot was fine but we would have to move it by 9 the next morning. That was a complication we didn't expect and we had to plan accordingly. Otherwise our stay was satisfactory. The breakfast server Lena was particularly helpful.

Great hotel in a quite convenient location, with many food options nearby (walking distance) and easy to park. Would definitely stay again when visiting Beaverton next time.
