Beautiful and large villa on two floors, immersed in the green Mugello valley, a few kilometers from Florence, in a quiet location overlooking the surrounding countryside. The spacious interiors are well kept and comfortably furnished. The villa offers peace and quiet although on one side steps a secondary road and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden of 3.000sqm. equipped with a large pool for exclusive use of the guests (18m. x 8m. prof. 120 / 200cm.) with adjacent loggia of 75sqm. and changing room with shower. The property also has another equipped loggia for outdoor dining with barbecue. Wi-Fi free. Private parking in the property. The house is located at 6km. from "Borgo San Lorenzo", at 35km. from Florence, 23km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 19km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", 10km away. riding stables.

The Villa is nice with every comfort you need but exceptionell is the very big pool. It is a short 5 to 10 min drive to Borgo San Lorenzo where you can go out for dinner or vine or for grocery shopping.
To Firenze its a 40 min drive for sightseeing.
The extra cost for Gas is very uncommon but it is abgut 10€ a Day for 10 People in Summer.

Stayed at the property for 3 weeks in June. The check in process was very fast and professional and we got a tour around the Villa at check in.
The Villa itself was very nice and clean. We were 5 adults and 3 kids that stayed at the villa. The beds were good and we all slept well except there is no air condition but there were fans in every room that helped a lot with the heat on the 2nd floor.
The swimming pool was amazing, big and clean and we spent a lot of time there.
Few things that would have been nice to have:
- Bigger refrigerator. There was only one in the Kitchen, not that big and it would have been a big plus to have more space for drinks and groceries.
- More outdoor furnitures. There are great patios at the house but there are only outdoor furniture outside the kitchen. It would have made our experiance a little better if we could have sat down on the upper patio and enjoyed the view.
I can recommend this Villa for sure, the locations is great, the view is great as well, you are only 10 minutes to the next grocery store.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Gegend mit toller Aussicht. Leider war nirgendwo erwähnt, dass der Pool erst im Mai öffnet. Ausserdem hätte das Haus geheizt werden sollen, da die Temperaturen frisch waren. Es wurde uns jedoch davon abgeraten, da das Gas extrem teuer sei und so sehr hohe Kosten für uns entstehen würden. So war das Haus während den ganzen Ferien extrem kalt, was nicht sehr gemütlich war. Die Umgebung des Hauses wäre wohl sehr schön, jedoch war sie noch nicht parat gemacht worden (die Liegestühle mussten noch hervorgeholt werden, es war nicht gewischt worden...).
Trotzdem verbrachten wir tolle Ferien in diesem Haus. Der Kontakt mit den zuständigen Personen hat immer gut geklappt und alle waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
