Lowest priced hotel in the area. No air conditioning. I was there on hot days. Rooms are old and out dated. Often no one at front desk. They have a sister hotel across the street. For some reason the finally serviced my room on the 6th day.

This hotel is typically cheaper than most in the area. With virtually no amenities and no AC, it's what you should expect for a cheaper hotel in the downtown location.
I would consider staying here for the location and price point alone though.
