If you're a tourist in the Seattle area and you have access to a car, this is a pretty good spot. We've stayed here before, so getting a hold of the property management company was easy this time around. Agoda didn't share this information, so I had to look up my previous booking. You as the client have to be proactive in this case to get yourself sorted out. If you wait for them to reach out to you, you're going to be waiting by the door outside of business hours. *** around the time of your check in. There is a $45 cleaning fee (that is not on the travel website), but if you're staying multiple nights, it is worth it. Uh, also the suites aren't that sound proof. FYI.

When you first arrive call the number then leave a voicemail w. Your name, then you”ll receive info on how to check in , you”ll need your id and $***for a security deposit and 47 dollars for cleaning service, rooms are clean they come with a private bathroom,

First of all there are fees of considerable size which are not included in the original listing on Agoda. Also after a lengthy process I was told I would not be able to check in for my booking. They offered me a refund of my booking cost which I was grateful for that at least. However I go to customer service responded to me and let me know that he refund had been refused by the property, and would not be honored. Even after I provided screenshots of text messages sent to me from the assistant to the property owner Olivia, where she had approved the refund.
