Clean, friendly staff, modern decor, special features (like magical toilet), and close to the mall.
The parking lot is in poor condition, lack of counter space in bathroom, bedding was stiff and scratchy, and our view outside was a brick wall.

I think the property has a good design concept.
The building was very dry and dusty which I realize is partly due to construction. It seems that the rooms still need some work. Our bathtub was not smooth on the bottom, looks like it was painted and then got scratched up. Certain areas didn’t look like they had fully finished painting. There are no atms or vending machines. When we booked our stay it was still listed as drury inn so we had the expectation that there would be the kick off and breakfast in the morning which was disappointing. It would be interesting to come back after the construction is fully finished now that we know it’s been changed over.
