The breakfast was good. Seating could have been better as it was tight and pretty full. It is in a good location.
Dinner service could have been better but we understood as there was only 1 waitress on staff so we had a pizza delivered instead.

Nice hot breakfast and the complimentary drinks was the absolute best part of my stay.
The pool area could have been more cooler. It was was very hot and muggy.

The breakfast was good and the attitude of the person making the eggs / omelette was really nice. The ambiance was also good. Relaxing.
The attitude of the person at checkin - She gave me a very noisy room with the ducts / vents outside the bedroom. Couldn’t sleep. Called up front desk to change the room, but the lady was very very rude. She did change the room, but why in the first place give me or anyone a noisy room at the price that was paid.
Also, the hotel charges $10 per day for parking in a city like Troy MI, where there is ample parking available. Not at all worth the price I paid.
