Very convenient for Eugene Airport. The staff is just great to work with. Very friendly and helpful, even when I had to make a couple of last-minute changes to our reservations. (We were here overnight two weeks apart) Rooms are immaculate and beds are extremely comfortable. The inclusion of a refrigerator/freezer and microwave simplified the process of being at the airport at ungodly hours to meet a flight and then to drop off a passenger. This facility is simply an excellent, basic accommodation. No frills but does the job quite well.
(These accommodations were actually better than an upscale condo we stayed in at the coast where the beds were terrible and cold air blew in around the entry door!!)

My only slight complaint is that the frosted bathroom window has no blind nor curtain and so is NOT totally private to anyone outside the rear of the building. There is the usual traffic noise but it did not disturb our sleep. Some of the other residents leave (probably for their jobs) about 3 a.m. but are as quiet as possible.
NOTE: I wouldn't walk around the neighborhood at night but that isn't needed anyway and we felt totally secure during both of our stays

The staff was very friendly, even though we showed up late in the night. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was great.
The shower was piped backwards and I waited for 2 minutes for hot water before realizing that the cold was actually hot, there hairs in the shower, and the single use toiletries were not replace and had black smudges on them from the previous room occupant.
