The hotel is centrally located in Eugene.
We booked it for the kitchens, to feed our team over a tournament weekend. When we arrived, at dinner, we had no dishes. They were in the dishwasher but hadn't been run. We didn't have a full set of silverware (usually enough for 4 people). We didn't have drinking glasses, just coffee mugs. One of the rooms had no pans, just lids. Housekeeping came in every day, but didn't make our bed, leave new dishwasher soap, or change out the towels until I put them on the floor. One of the employees was epically unhelpful. He didn't have any answers. He barely seemed to have a pulse. One of the washing machines was full of water. The other would only restart if you unplugged it and plugged it back in, which we had to figure out ourselves because maintenance was "not here". I guess they are transitioning away from the kitchens, but at check in the desk guy could not be sure which rooms had stoves or not: "We don't keep track".
All of this to say: it was affordable, but the staff acted like the fact that it was affordable should make up for the fact that so many things shown on the website were missing or broken.
