5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home on a hillside in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy and tranquility in a suburb of San Diego, California. Just a short twenty minute drive to the beaches and Sea World, San Diego Zoo and other world class destinations! This home has views of the city below and sits on beautiful Mt. Merrit in El Cajon, California. The mountains and lake fishing are minutes away. Tijuana B.C. Mexico is a half hour to the south. This home will accommodate at least 10 people.

House was tucked away on quite street. Huge plus! You can relax on the upgraded deck. Loved it! You can relax in the back yard. Loved it. Enough bathrooms for all. Can’t put a price on that! Plenty of room to cook and eat. Most importantly the house felt clean and kept. Worth it.

I enjoyed my stay at this property.Very spacious, and comfortable.The host, Michael was excellent, he doesn't bother you and responds to your needs quickly.I will definately stay again

The house is spacious in quiet neighborhood.
However, the details need a lots of improvements.
The refrigerator has moldy smell, is old and dirty.
The central A/C is noisy and not enough cool air in the living, dining and kitchen area.
The bed sheets, blankets, bath towels are in bad condition.
There is not enough furniture for the large house.
One plus thing, the owner is nice and responding quickly.
