• Prior approval required, $200 cleaning fee per pet
• Pets must be supervised/crated indoors if left unattended

• Pool: $150/day ($175 winter) up to 82°F, 48 hr notice required
• Spa: $60 (3 hrs) / $100 (5 hrs), 1 hr notice required
• Pool & spa cannot be heated simultaneously

🔥 Fire Features:
• Patio fire pits & heaters run on propane (guests refill as needed)
• Poolside fire bowls & in-pool daybed fire feature: $40/hr, owner must ignite (available until 10pm)
