Tommy T at the front desk check-in was awesome. Very friendly, informative about hotel accommodations, local surroundings and Lyft.
The double bed room I had only had one electrical plug available. Definitely need to take additional charging backup with you for electronics/cell phone, etc.

The ice machines could be better a they could have a microwave Near the ice machine room with napkins and things cause the maids don’t speak English there no help at all…

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a decent breakfast.
The overall impression of the hotel is significantly better in the lobby than in the rooms. For a short stay, the room was acceptable and, importantly, clean. That said, the very low ceilings and the extremely small bathroom were disappointing and not what I would expect from a four-star hotel in downtown Detroit.

Customer service was excellent and friendly
Television wasn't working, bathrooms were small, and lights weren't all functioning.
