The staff was very friendly and informative. I really enjoyed them and appreciated them
It was super convenient and located next to the moda center for when we attended the concert. We had a good time.
The beds were comfy
The bathroom was older and so therefore were just stains and where and tear on the wall and in the corner wall across from toilet. I wouldn't even shower.
The old smell of cigarettes filled the air of the room.

The wifi was surprisingly very good and stable.
The location is quite good as well, some places to eat are nearby and the tram access is literally across the street.
The room was also very comfortable.
The room was a bit dark.
The shower only had ice cold water or boiling hot water, with nothing in between.

The property itself wasn’t bad and the distance from the Moda Center was nice. Wish the parking lot was just a little bigger but no big deal.
The beds had stains on them, and not just one or two little one but my bed had multiple large blue stains and the other one had blue and black stains. The carpet didn’t look vacuumed. There was an old timey heater which is fine but no one turned it on so our room was very cold. And the shower was super gross, it looked clogged by some white “slime glob” that I don’t even want to try and think about what it was. The coffee pot had old coffee in it.
