I was delighted when I walked in and found a beautifully decorated lodge like lobby with a cozy cafe like eating area just beyond which looked out onto a wooded, snowy view. The staff members were cheerful and unflustered by the busyness of the holiday check ins. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were lots of choices and the kitchen staff kept everything replenished and hot. The coffee choices were very good and a special plus in my book. The aroma of fresh baked cookies! Well ......that just topped the whole experience with a cherry. They were delicious by the way 😉. We will definitely be back!!!

Location good
Room was VERY HOT when I first went in and it took forever to cool down. I had to run the fan all night, which was loud. My toilet was running all night. I informed the front desk they said they would let maintenance know, but they didn’t make an effort to fix it in the moment. the smoke detector beeped scared my dog had to go to the front desk again they did fix that issue by adding a new battery. Was woken up in the middle of the night to what sounded like a 747 landing in the room some horrendous fan type noise above me for about 15 minutes.
