About this house rental
The perfect new modern home to enjoy a relaxing stay in Sandpoint. This home is situated in a small neighborhood that's only a few minutes drive to the heart of downtown Sandpoint or about 30 minutes to the top of Schweitzer. This home is newly furnished. It hosts a lovely wrap-around porch; dining area inside or out; air conditioning in the summer and coziness in the winter. A wonderful place to make warm lake-filled memories or cozy wintertime ski slope adventures.
The home is a private ADU situated behind the main home the owners reside in. It was completed and newly listed in the summer of 2023. The house is supplied with all you will need to comfortably sleep 8. There are three bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-sized bed, and two fold-out twin-sized sleeping beds in the living room, perfect for kids or adventurous grown-ups. The kitchen is fully stocked with most all amenities needed to cook lovely meals and enjoy eating in if that is your fancy. The neighborhood is safe, small and family-friendly. It is a short drive to everywhere nearby and 3 minutes walking distance to the lake.

We LOVED our stay at Jennifer & Matt's home!! So modern, clean and cozy and welcoming!! Very convenient to shopping, Downtown SP and Skiing!! Would very highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

Very clean, kitchen had most everything we needed. They had games, TV with apps and very nice rooms. The TV remote got a little stuck, it might just need to be cleaned or just replaced. The buttons just seemed to get stuck in place, but honestly, that was the only thing that we struggled with. Very nice neighborhood, the directions given by the host were perfect. Otherwise maps had us trudging through some bushes. Easy check in/out, we will be staying again! A fire pit outside would be extra nice, but that might be a liability/insurance thing.
