The service at the hotel was fine.
I didn't like booking through booking.com I was initially charged $100 more for a room and successfully did a price match with agent Yvan. He instructed me to call back after my stay to receive a $78 dollar refund. When I called yesterday to speak with "Kelly" I was put on hold for an hour and she disconnected the call. I have yet to receive my discount. I think it's safe to say, I won't be using your services again nor will I recommend them.

IT WAS HELL HOT THAT WEEK AND THE ROOM I WAS STAYING IN THE AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T WORKING 😕... IT WAS SOOOOO STUFFY TO WEAR MY KIDS GOT SICK AND IT WAS SO HOT OUTSIDE!!... IN THE SUMMER TIME!😞😥💯... BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD!💯😇
THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T WORKING IN THE ROOM!.... AND THAT WEEK WAS OVER 85° EVERY DAY!!!.... 💯😥
