The staff was friendly, our room was clean, and the heating and cooling worked very quickly!
The pool was closed but that wasnt advertised online. I specifically book hotels for the pool because we live in a small rural town where my son doesn't get to swim often, so hotels with a pool is pretty much my only priority. After traveling all day and having prepaid for the hotel I wasnt able to cancel and book another. I was very disappointed but not more than my kiddo, which made me angry.

Breakfast was extremely good. Everything was cooked to perfection. Front Desk staff were very helpful. Dayshift and night shift.
Our heater in our room did not work. It only blew out cold air. I called several times and the front desk lady came in and tried to fix. About half hour later we packed and were going to leave. But the front desk lady said let me get you another room. (Suite) She made it more than right. Excellent customer service from your front desk staff.

It was centrally located for where we needed to be each day of our stay!
The floors were dirty, pool was closed and had been for some time but not posted on their website! Pools are a big seller for when we are booking a trip!
