BayVue Hotel, Resort & Suites

I enjoyed EVERYTHING! The room was cozy yet spacious. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was great to have friends come up and have some champange nad not worry about everyone having to sit on the bed. It was absolutely gorgeous!

I cannot think of one thing I didn't like. Everything was amazing! Even the pillows, which as we all know can be a hit or miss at a hotel.

Location to the beach and town was very close. Breakfast was good. Great view. Nice staff.

Water took a while to get hot. Heater stayed on too long even when I turned it down to 62

The food was wonderful - so many choices, everything was spotless, the staff was friendly, the shower was wonderful with good pressure, the pool and hot tub were clean and HOTT, the pool area was spotless. Paint was new, carpet new, the smell was clean amd fresh! The housekeepers came in and refreshed our room! That hardly ever happens anywhere anymore.

Ice machine is broken on floor 2, no water bottles in floor 2 vending machine. Not a complaint, just how things are sometimes.

Breakfast was solid and the area was clean, honestly the eating area was the most well put-together part of the hotel. The pool area was great for our kids too.

The staff was helpful but never greeted us when we came or left and when we went to return our key, everyone was chatting together in the dining area. Very helpful and friendly when we needed something, but didn't seem to go out of their way to help us. Our room had a massively squeaky floorboard and was overall in need of a high quality contractor doing some repair work. The pool seemed like the chemicals might have been off because some of our clothes were dyed from being in the pool. It also should have been closed when the pool guy was filling it instead of us showing up to the pool wide open with filters being changed and hoses running into it.
