    Went to Grey Gull for our 35 th anniversary. When we opened the door we were just about knocked over by an incredible odor of fish that overpowered us. During the evening upon using the toilet we discovered the flushing performance was terribly insufficient. THREE flushes on average to achieve a clean bowl. Taking a shower was another joke. Tried pulling out the knob to start the shower and it wouldn’t budge. Not wanting to break anything the front desk clerk came to our room to see if she could get it to move, luckily after a lot of elbow grease got it to move. Incredibly disappointed in all this experience. Let the night clerk know how disappointed I was with how everything was going and nothing was offered to try and make us feel better. Bottom line is we felt we did not get our monies worth. Very sad. We had stayed at the Grey Gull before and had no issues and that’s why we came back. Unfortunately this will be our last time.
