We have stayed here at least four times in the last year. The location is wonderful for going to Town and Country -Grocery Store and Restaurants- Getting to Heronswood Gardens is a breeze! There is no elevator, so if you don't like stairs, ask for the first floor! Rooms have always been clean, professional/helpful staff, and breakfast is good with eggs, muffins, waffles, coffee, yogurt, and fruit. Parking is easy, the room is quiet, and the beds are comfortable. This is our go-to place now when we go to Heronswood Gardens.
We have not had any issues.

The room was very good - clean, quiet and roomy. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!
The location was in a perfect area and very central to all of the places I wanted to visit in the area.

A nice value room for the night! I felt clean, and safe - which is key when traveling alone as a woman nowadays. Location was also super convenient!
The only thing I didn't love was how paper thin the walls were, I could hear the entire conversation of the couple in the room next to me!

Loved the reputation of this place as having been here for awhile and maintaining good guest service. Front desk was 100% cheerful and helpful. The property itself is well situated, very convenient, ample parking, and lots of green space to walk your pets. Also enjoyed the small set up behind the building that included chairs, a game, and that there was a outdoor hot tub, although we did not use it. The jacuzzi rooms are a nice touch as well. And breakfast was good.
Sadly, this hotel would be five stars for us if it weren't for the fact that there is zero insulation in the walls. You can hear everything. It's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel that hadn't upgraded that particular situation. I wish they would just buy some studio squares or something and put them up on the walls - the decor is not that exciting so it wouldn't hurt and would actually help A LOT. I could tell from outside our room that the bathroom fan in our room was on. We could actual entire sentences from our neighbors' conversations - and they were up all night so that was not fun. I also wish that the jacuzzi was a little more tricked out - maybe some lighting and some decoration of some kind. Also the hotel doors - holy moly - those are always loud but these really upped the ante on that!
