The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, the amenities were perfect. The staff was very pleasant, the gym was great for a vacation workout and the breakfast was delicious too.
the only thing missing was a hot tub or Jacuzzi.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
I had to figure out why the fridge wasn't working (turned out it was unplugged behind the credenza). The recent bathroom remodel was sloppy (paint spatter on the new tile). The AC unit was loud. The doors to the elevators and getting into the building were beat up (chipped paint, scuffs, etc) which made us wonder if we were in a safe/clean place.
