Mattress was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with utensils, glasses/cups, plates etc. Nice to have a quiet place to unwind after visiting my grandchildren nearby.
TV channel selection was limited. I usually read or play games on my Kindle Fire, so that wasn't a deal breaker. Took awhile to get warm water for a shower.

The front desk staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location was relatively quiet, parking was convenient, and driving around the area was easy. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was sufficient for basic daily needs, and the taste was acceptable.
The hotel's billing and payment processes are somewhat complex, involving segmented charges and pre-authorization, which can be confusing at first glance.
