The property was never nice and loved the location
I didn’t like the fact that an early check in was agreed upon before my families arrival but when we arrived at the hotel we had to wait 5hrs in the lobby to be able to check in.

The property was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only problem I experienced was when my key card was not working to get into the room and I had to wait for maintenance to fix the issue.
