The outdoor space on the lake. Would have been better if an associate or housekeeping would have wiped down the rocking chairs. Rained a good bit during my stay.
2 deskclerks on day shift were unfriendly, never had a smile and snappy. One white and the other black. Everyone has a bad day of course. But, guest friendly is the most important part of the job.
No one could or would help me with my Hilton Rewards.
I was given a cardkey to a room on arrival. I noticed the room was nit tge same number. Had to move after informing the clerk.

The room was nice & pets are welcome for a fee
Nothing was free like the water bottle left in the room , you had to read the sign that said it cost $3 unless you were a regular Hilton lodger. Several other annoying things like that
