This property is very close to what I need. It is overall fairly good value, considering the other prices in the area. It is comfortable.
The property is looking a little bit more worn down than the last few years. I think it could use a little upgrade on some of the fixtures.

Everyone was friendly and did there job resulting in smooth check in process, clean rooms, terrific breakfast offering and clean kitchen area. I say this because these days most people representing organizations be it Best Western or any other consumer serving business tend to make you feel as though they are doing you a favor by doing the job they are being paid to do... meaning they do the bare minimum possible. The staff at BW did not give me that impression at all, the opposite.
I received a fair return for the money that was spent on a room to stay in for a week. So I was not missing anything or lacked anything.

Room was clean.
The general manager did more damage than good. I return to Los Gatos frequently and now won’t stay here again. The GM would not attached my loyalty points to my account bc I booked using bookings.com. Not pleased. The vanity mirror was broken and the remotes to tv needed batteries.
