You can't beat the location, right across the street from Nick's. It was a great night at Nick's, then just a walk across the street to go to bed.
The rooms and office could use a few more amenities.

Terrific location! Walking distance to Pacifica Beach. Take the trail to Aramai Point on the way. If you're here, you must visit the most beautiful Taco Bell. In the opposite direction take the trail to Labyrinth and Mori Point. Come down the stairs to the trailhead.

For mom, dad, and our two teens. We had the QUEEN-QUEEN-SOFABED room.
I recommend having a small dining table with chairs. It is a large space and it needs a gather area if the sofa bed is in use.
There is no in room safe.
Neither pro nor con: the floors are laminate, not carpet.
The wi-fi is weak on the 3rd floor in our room. The signal from the Fairfield Marriott was better. There's a access point on the 2nd floor and it's super strong next to it.
