Hot tub was not used. The kitchen ware is less than sufficient when you plan to cook in and not have meals out. Living room couch is uncomfortable. 4 out 4 adults in our group felt the same about it. Photos of fireplace are nice, but it is not really usable as a wood fire place. The garage space was really nice to have. Overall we had a nice stay but this is not a 10. What is?

The view was great! It was very nice having a fully fenced yard for the dog. The linens and tableware in the house are very nice and plentiful. Kitchen cooking gear is a little haphazard (bring your own cutting board) but about what we've seen in other vacation rentals. House was clean and cozy on a stormy fall weekend, great views of the clouds rolling over the ocean and the town of Pacifica has lots of great sightseeing nearby, and good dining options. The 'game room' is actually a totally separate entrance from the house, and we had a teen in our group who was delighted to use that for their bedroom. Note that pull-out bed is not full sized, a good size for kids or smaller teens.We used the grill and it was great.The only negative for us is the hot tub maintenance wasn't pristine, that filter could use some more attention. But over all, a wonderful and very comfortable weekend!
