The breakfast 2as just rice crispness cereal or fruit loops
The lady at the front counter lied to me I stayed 3 nights wanted to stay 1 more she said the rooms were all booked and when I got on booking.com there were 8 rooms available I could of booked and stayed and rubbed it in her face but figured why give her any more of my money so I left

Clean, quiet, grounds well-maintained. Central location. Felt like a safe area. Staff was efficient and welcoming.

didn't have the breakfast
TV didn't work, but I was gone most of the time, so I didn't watch much AC very noisy, but it was a cooler day, so I didn't really need it. Had it been a typical Chico summer day, that would have been a big issue The room key didn't work on the second day and had to be re-programmed - system may be old and in need of an upgrade
