The driveway offers one dedicated parking spot, and additional free street parking is available just outside the home.

Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico.

We were told that there were 2 beds and that sleeps 4 people. In reality there were only 1 bed. I hd to buy an air mattress from walmart for almos 60. We were provided with bedding and pillows.
