It was a young man at the front desk named Ty who was amazing very good employee very helpful very pleasant the only problem we had was the coffee in the common area was always cold other than that the place was very nice

The nice staff and easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Also stayed recently during the November Rain fireworks on November 1st, there was a beautiful clear view of the fireworks right from the on site parking lot. The swimming pool is immaculately clean and clean comfortable towels are provided to guests. Finally I saved the best for last the swimming pool is open until 10pm, and to top it off, checkout is at 12 noon.
I’m sorry but the coffee needs to have better creamer. Many clean hotels of this stature have pump bottles of coffee mate sweet and French vanilla. This also eliminates the need for 25 sugar packets.

Proximity to golf courses of Avalon
Unable to sit anywhere outside with a chair. I was told we couldn’t open poolside door. Room 122 had musty/ damp smell.
