Elevators didn't smell like a hospital, the breakfast options were great. Bed was comfortable. loved 12pm check out. It was a very pleasure stay. The kitchen staff was superb, always clearing, cleaning and replenishing.
Hold for incidentals was placed on my card without informing me first, extra floor towel should have been placed since bathroom floors are so cold for the toilet area.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent.
The room was out of kleenex but the front desk promptly replaced it. The TV kept shutting off until I turned it on/off again.

Did not take advantage of breakfast. Location was good though. Close to my sister-in-laws restaurant, The Beacon.
Very thin walls between rooms. Woke up from conversation at 5:30 a.m. that was coming from next room. Could not get back to sleep. Also, lights in lobby n room were too bright, n mattress was very uncomfortable for me. Too soft for my back.
