The staff was very friendly and helpful. Heading to NY and this was a stop to visit my dad in Mountain City TN.
You room was very good for working and enjoyment - Breakfast - exercise room were very welcoming.

Location was great, close to all downtown things, easy to get in and out of. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not make it down for breakfast time but coffee was available at all times.

Très bon séjour au Home2 Suites ! L’hôtel est propre et conforme aux standards de la chaîne, donc aucune mauvaise surprise. La réception est disponible 24h/24, avec un personnel toujours à l’écoute et attentif aux besoins. Les produits de douche sont de qualité, et les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement si nécessaire, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Un service efficace et confortable, je recommande sans hésiter !

The cleanliness, location, modern facilities.
My husband thought the bed was too hard, but he just needs a softer bed and mattress topper. I thought it was sufficient.
