Residence Inn Louisville Downtown

The entire place was decorated in a current and stylish way, was very clean, all facilities offered were open and fully functional, Room was very clean and included all amenities offered down to dish soap m, sponge and tablet for dish washer, plus usual dishes, cups, mugs, coffee maker, bathroom featured mounted pumps of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, there was a nice iron, full size ironing board and multiple extra rolls of toilet paper were provided, thre were two TV’s, many outlets and multiple lamps for a variety of lighting options. staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional, complimentary breakfast was well above the average featuring so many choices including healthy options like hot oatmeal and fruit and nuts, Greek yogurt, oat milk and even cold brewed coffee. Hotel was 10 minute from Nulu, a trendy part of town with all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars. Not far from airport. Parking looked very safe, although I didn’t use it. Water, beverages, snacks and even microwaveable Mac and cheese available for sale in lobby. Close to airport.

Immediate neighborhood was desolate so was difficult to tell how safe or dangerous it was, elevator was slow (I’m really reaching now)

Clean. Good location. Easy parking nice breakfast. The hotel is dated,but clean orderly provided what we needed for 2days. Nice staff.

The pool was absolutely freezing. I couldn’t go in. The hot tub was great

Everything was super clean. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

You’re so close to the road that you can hear cars racing by. It woke us up several times as it seemed like the windows were paper thin.
