Multiple broken items in the room and under beds were clearly not cleaned for some time

They don’t have free parking on site.
The reception staff in the evening is not so friendly. She doesn’t even smile

Location was good, beds comfy, was very clean
No pool ( my mistake on booking) having to pay $22 to park. The luggage cart was not a size or style that functioned or a family.

Location and cleanliness
Several of the electrical outlets in our room did not work properly. The desk lamp did not work. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was not warm enough.
