Easy location near the university campus we were here to bring our daughter to visit. Chico State facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean, tidy, and smelled clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable, in-room whirlpool was clean and inviting. Spacious bathroom and room.
The pool and hot tub were unavailable and closed for maintenance, NOTHING ONLINE indicated that these amenities/ facilities WERE NON FUNCTIONING/ INOPERABLE/ CLOSED! IT'S 04/23/2026.. THERE'S NO free breakfast. I personally do not believe they should be charging over $210/ night for no pool & hot tub, no breakfast especially due to the fact that THERE'S NO WAY TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING IN ADVANCE that the most desired facilities/ amenities Aren't functioning or available to paying guests!
