We liked that we were able to get an upgraded room so it was very comfortable for us.
The overall hotel is quite tired, and sits adjacent to an abandoned shopping mall.

The room was great and clean we thought
There was a big cockroach in the bathroom and in the am we blew a breaker when I blow dryed my hair. When I told the front desk she didn't know how to fix it so are room was without power for 45 minutes until next shift got there I had to be ready. By 8 a m so then everything was rushed for the pri ce I was disappointed
I stay with best Western whenever I travel but this time was very trying also the elevator went down a few times and I have an injured leg taking the stairs was painful
