Amazing location to downtown, the Magnificent Mile, the river walk, etc. We walked to breakfast and dinner every day. Our kiddo was exceptionally pleased that the Harry Potter store was around the corner a couple of blocks. We requested a high floor with a city view and we were very pleased.
The Starbucks was closed and under renovation, and the lobby is extremely small and cramped during high traffic times.

Beds comfy, showers hot, hallways quiet. Valet staff excellent
Expensive curling wand “went missing” 😐 Parking expensive, Heater did not blow out warm air had to ask for more blankets.
