Pablo at reception was the most amazing! Amazing service, beautiful view, convenient location. Excellent hotel. Only thing for improvement would be better lighting in the bathroom.

All of the above. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. On site amenities were great and food was superb. Best espresso martini I’ve ever tasted.

The only place we will stay when visiting Chicago. Perfectly clean and spacious suite room with excellent amenities. Food portions are generous and well served. Jacqueline checked us in for this stay and our last one and she is the best front desk staff you’ll ever find! The security staff wearing Trump jackets made us feel good and safe when walking the dog after dark. Friendly valet and bellhops. It doesn’t get better than this.
