I love the location. Everything was in distance of walking. All the employees I encountered were awesome and I really enjoyed the breakfast and the reception hours
I wish the pool was a little bit bigger and I wish they had a hot tub available for adults

This Embassy Suites is fantastic! It’s in a great location, very convenient to several attractions particularly the Zoo which is why we came to visit San Antonio. The staff couldn’t be friendlier, they have a happy hour each evening for guests, and the roof-top pool is a very nice perk. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen including a made-to-order omelette station, and there is also a nice Tuscan style steakhouse, Range, on the property where we enjoyed dinner one evening.
The room could’ve been a bit quieter- you were able to hear a little noise from the adjacent rooms, but nothing too loud that would make us not want to stay here again. It would also be nice if they provided flavored creamer choices for the coffee at breakfast.

Staff was awesome. Especially Yvonne at check in and check out. Bar tenders were also great.
Cleanliness of the room and had to go down and get extra towle since house keeping never brought enough.

Location and amenities
The room was not comfortable for a family of 5. It was cold while there and only sheet like blankets. Asked for more but got the same. The phone didn’t work no remotes the bathroom was dirty and not cared for well the floor/ carpet was dirty. It is over proved for what they offer
