The staff and shuttle driver were very kind and welcoming, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel is close to the Market Square so it was easy and fun to explore the area. I also liked the comfortable lobby space where guests could relax or work.
The room was comfortable, but some equipment, especially the air-conditioning unit, felt a little old. The AC made some noise when it was running.

I liked how clean the hotel was, had a pool, nice lobby
They didn’t have a room nearly two after hours after check-in hours. Check in time was 4PM and check out is 11AM! You would think that with the time the hotel makes people leave, they’d have rooms all cleaned up.
