The staff were wonderful. You can tell they have pride in their job and they are good at customer relations. The staff made a cute little garden in front of the office with their own decorations. The office was clean and more homy than any other motel 6 I have ever been in.
When I arrived and was checking in 3 people walked in and were acting like they had been waiting 30 mins, taping the counter but the woman checking me in stayed calm and kind. I had to say aloud how rude some people are and she didn’t react. She was very professional! And she deserves a raise. The cleaning staff were very nice, the morning staff were nice. The staff here were better than a $350/night hotel I stayed in Bellevue.
The property is run down, which the owners need to take care of, nothing that the staff can do to improve it.

The property was in an excellent location for our needs
Our room had a very lumpy mattress. The room smelled very old and musty and of pet urin. You could hear all outside noise in the room.
