The hotel was luxurious and clean. It’s centrally located about 5mins walk to the main drag. Breakfast was good and it had its own fish restaurant which we ate in a couple of times and that was very good.
Two weddings and a university event whilst we were there, meant that the foyer and bar areas were impossibly busy. Also some of the staff not all were quite rude.

Location enough away from the all night revelry but close enough to walk to it. One block from a park to walk the dog.
Exorbitant pet fee and several homeless sleeping each night in alley and nearby park. A large group arrived at once and the flow was not handled correctly leading to very long wait lines for an elevator. This hotel hosts large parties often so I don’t understand the lack of preparation by the hotel staff

Nice big room
Very dated, carpet on the floor which feels very old and maybe not the cleanest.
